  Great staff. Usually have everything you need in stock or can get it ordered and in stock in a few days. One of the better CT stores I've been to.

  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy something here you better like it because 9 times out of 10 you will be in for a fight if you want to return it. Sadly this has become a Canadian tire trademark however.

  The automotive department is a nightmare. Every time I've been there I experience delays and excuses as to why they can't do the work they're scheduled to do, or I find out the part I ordered arrived, but was then sold to someone else. It's inexcusably bad and has been that way for years. I've seen new staff and service managers over the years, and nothing has ever changed, so something is fundamentally wrong with the way that department operates. I won't bring my vehicles back there, and I would encourage others to go elsewhere for repairs and tires. The rest of the store is fine, albeit cramped and limited in stock, but that automotive department has never had their act together.
